		<description>The Energy Blog posted yesterday about the League of Conservation Voters&#039; report on the energy policies of major candidates. I haven&#039;t gotten into the report yet, but I was disappointed to see that Chris Dodd&#039;s proposed policy wasn&#039;t enough to get him listed among the &quot;major candidates.&quot; I&#039;ll let you know once I get a little deeper into it, but you can check out the post here:
